Kimbowa Richard: Development manager with 25+ years of experience working with civil society on sustainable energy, climate action, and environmental governance in East Africa. Former National Focal Point for the East African Civil Society for Sustainable Energy and Climate Action (2019–2023) and Regional Coordinator for the LVEMPII Civil Society Watch Project (2012–2015). Currently Chairman of the Renewable Energy Civil Society Organizations Network (Uganda) and INFORSE–East Africa, and Acting Chairman of the Advisory Board for the NAAM Festival (#JusticeForLakeVictoria). I also serve on the Board of Trustees of the Uganda National Renewable Energy Platform (NREP).
